Custard cream

Assalammualaikum^^ ari nie aq nak wat custard cream tuk topping swiss roll..teringat da satu swiss roll yg intinya custard n whipping cream sedap...dulu aq penah kja di kedai bakery jadi selalu dapat rasa pelbagai jenis roti dan kek..tpi sayang aq kja bahagian penjualan :( jadi mmg lansung tak penah dpt belajar wat pa2 jenis kek or bun ;(

So, jom kita wat sama2~

Custard cream

2 biji telur kuning ( klu pkai 1 biji telur pun bleh,tapi sekali putih)
2 1/2 cup susu segar (aq pna guna creamer dan susu pekat)
1/3 cup gula halus
Esen vanilla
3 Sudu Besar Tepung Jagung atau Tepung Custard

Cara-cara
•Masukkan semua bahan-bahan kecuali vanilla esen di atas api kecil sambil gaul. Pastikan sentiasa digaul.

•Bila semua bahan2 sebati, besarkan api sedikit sambil gaul. Gaul sehingga bahan2 agak kental sedikit dan tutup api.

•masukkan esen vanilla dan gaul sehingga sebati.

• aq punya custard da siap^^...anda cubalah

Mama's day

Di ari minggu nie aq ingat nak honeymoon kejap..alahai anak-anak da bagun awal!! Masa sekolah sok payah juga nak bagunkan..hrmm cuaca yang baik dan juga sempena Hari Ibu aq nak try masak Pavlova..resipi ni aq ambik kat blog...hrm tpi aq lupa yg mana satu..tpi aq da ubah ckit ikut citarasa aqlah^^

Pavlova
Bahan-bahan ( tuk 7 inch bulatan)

4 biji telur putih
3/4 cup gula castor
1 sudu besar tepung jagung
1/2 sk cuka
1/2sk esen vanilla

Bahan tuk topping
1 cup whipping cream
Hiasan buahan cam kiwi, stwberry or mana2 yg mampu
•Preheat oven 140c guna api bwh
Pastu bila mo masak bru turun suhu ke 120-100c

Caranya
•Pukul putih telur sampai soft peak, pastu masukkan gula..pastu pukul lagi sampai bertanduk
•masukkan tepung,vanilla dan cuka..gaulkan menggunakan keadah kaup balik
•D baking sheet yang telah d lukis bentuk bulat tadi, bentukkan adunan mengikut garisan yang telah d lukis tadi.
•Masukkan adunan tadi ke dalam oven masak dalam 120-100c 1-1 1/2 jam..pabila masak buka sedikit pintu oven agar pavlova sejuk dengan sendiri..
